The Brief: Announce the Sorare Global Cup to the world. Sorare’s first-ever free-to-play, social fantasy World Cup game.
The Strategy: Leverage the World Cup fandom to create a unique fantasy football experience with exclusive rewards.
Timeline: 6 weeks from brief to go live. Product team to build a free-to-play fantasy mode from scratch, while the creative and marketing team works on a go-to-market campaign.
Key deliverables: A hero film announcing the Sorare Global Cup, supported by a 7-figure paid media plan. Create a design direction and campaign toolkit for social content. Included a gameplay-led product tutorial.
My Role: As the ECD and DRI of the campaign my role was to architect and set forth the entire brand vision overseeing a team of creatives, product designers, agency support and production partners.
